Todd spent six years as the morning meteorologist at an NBC station in Cincinnati before joining KTAL as Chief Meteorologist.

Todd began his meteorological career as a meteorologist at KOMU-TV in Columbia, MO, after graduating from the University of Missouri. Todd was the first-ever host of the Missouri Lottery’s nightly Pick 3 lottery, in addition to weather. The ArkLaTex area has truly become home throughout the years.

Todd moved to Shreveport for the first time in 1987. He met his wife and started their family while working at KTBS-TV for 8 years. They currently have four children, two of whom are twins. All four are current Louisiana Tech University alumni or students. Todd received the seal of approval from the American Meteorology Society in 1988. He enjoys going to school and expressing his enthusiasm for the weather with youngsters. Playing the occasional round of golf and trading in the stock market are two of his pastimes.
