For 11 years, she has worked with Susan G. Komen, as well as the American Cancer Society, Komen Young Professionals, and America’s Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
In April 2014, she was named the recipient of the Outstanding Media and Community Service Volunteer of the Year award from the PA Alzheimer’s Association, and in April 2015, she received the Go Red Volunteer of the Year Award from the American Heart Association.
