Napier is a proud 2007 alumnus of the University of Mississippi, where he obtained a degree in history. He has served as the president of the Main Street America chapter in Laurel, Mississippi, working to bring life back to their historic downtown area. He really likes saving and fixing up old homes. Napier is a former church minister of Laurel First United Methodist Church.
