His weather passion has made him create his own weather consulting company in February 2010, Hail Trace LLC, in Edmond, Oklahoma. The company concentrates on real-time severe weather tracking and weather forensics.
Other than working as a meteorologist, Kline has worked for Edmond Security Services LTD in the sales department from 2008 to 2012. Also, he worked for America Online (AOL) from 2004 to 2006, where he worked with Oklahoma Performance Enhancement Team.
