She was born in Miami Beach but raised up in Weston. Two weeks after her graduation, she was able to secure her first job at WJHG located in Panama City Beach.
While in Panama City Beach, she worked full-time as a weekend anchor and reporter. Furthermore, the BP oil spill occurred recently and she spent a number of years covering its harmful effects on the Gulf Coast. Later on, after she has completed covering the BP oil spill, she worked in Jacksonville at WJXT Channel 4 where she served as a reporter.
In addition, she will always remember the moment when she traveled to Washington D.C. where she was expected to cover the national law enforcement memorial. While in Washington D.C, she covered the death of two North Florida officers whose names were being added to the memorial wall as well as the 25-year anniversary of the death of her own father, a Miami Beach police officer killed in 1988, while she was still in her line of duty.
After she was done with her assignment in Jacksonville, she relocated to Orlando where she served as a reporter on WKMG News 6 morning show. During her leisure time, she enjoys attending events in the community and is really enjoying exploring the many beautiful, natural areas in Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast.
