Prior to this, he also worked at WDBB 17 in Tuscaloosa from September 1985 to November 1986. His career spans various roles and locations, including stations in Meridian and Jackson, MS.

Harris’s influence extends beyond television, as he hosts a daily two-hour sports talk radio program on TIDE 1029 FM and 100.9 FM in Tuscaloosa.
