While growing up in Carmel, he developed a deep passion for broadcast journalism through his work with his high school’s radio and TV stations, WHJE and CHTV.
Since graduating college, he has enjoyed taking every chance to mentor aspiring journalists. Following his graduation, he headed south where he joined WDRB in Louisville, Kentucky as a news reporter and weekend sports anchor. While there, he shared significant stories about people surpassing their biggest hurdles broadcasting the Louisville Cardinals, the Indiana Hoosiers, and the Kentucky Wildcats before returning home.
