Furthermore, she served as a reporter and weekend anchor for “Televisión Marti” and Dynamic Cablevision, a CNN affiliate in Miami. In addition, she served as the first Hispanic woman past president of the University of Miami Alumni Association when she was a member of the Board of Trustees of the University. Prior, she is an active member of the Amigos For Kids board.
Furthermore, is on the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes, the School of Communications at The University of Miami, South Miami Hospital’s Child Development Center, and South Miami Hospital’s Child Development Center.
