Larche was tenured as a morning reporter/anchor at 12News. She has been able to cover quite a number of stories, including; criminal dentists and Hampton Roads cold case abductions. One of her most outstanding broadcasts was when she shared her 100-pound weight loss journey at Norfolk CBS which is an affiliate. This paved way for her being honored on the cover of 2016’s Woman’s Day Magazine’s heart-health issue.
She initiated her journalism career by broadcasting and investigating law enforcement in Mississippi. The Mississippi Associated Press recognized her efforts at reporting on the missing fire hydrants and when she covered Sanaa’s shooting. Additionally, she was also tenured as the News Director of Tallahassee. There, she was honored with several awards, including; William Randolph Hearst Awards. She was also the first-ever reporter of FAMU to be at five of 2007’s live newscasts.
Larche is an active member of Who Dat Nation and one of the biggest fans of the New Orleans Saints. She more than loves, being a volunteer at various groups in the community during her leisure time. These include; the National Association of Black Journalists, the Hampton Roads Black Media Professionals, the Urban League of Hampton Roads Young Professionals, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Additionally, she is president of the Jackson Association of Black Journalists and an exceptional ambassador of the American Heart Association. Larche brought to light the fact that therapy changed the course of her life and it is very normal to undergo it. Larche is a proud graduate of Florida A&M University in the year 2003. There, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism in 2007.
