Scott McDonnell Leaving 12 News.
The station announced that McDonnell will no longer be reporting for 12 News, at The Arizona Republic Tuesday night. He also said that they greatly appreciate his contributions to the network and wish him well in his future in his journalism career. McDonnell was reassigned to “12 News at 1″ after Allison Rodriguez was hired as a co-hosting on Mondays alongside Emily Pritchard. McDonnell was moved to 12 News at 1 after Phoenix’s morning show. This was rescheduled after Allison Rodriguez was hired. There, she co-hosted alongside Emily Pritchard. In April, the station brought to light that McDonnell would co-host alongside Tram Mai on an upcoming afternoon show.
