During that time he also covered special assignments for CNN, Fox, and CBS.
In 2011, he was on an assignment to cover the appearance of former Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin at the company’s Florida headquarters and that was when he met Chris Ruddy Newsmax CEO. He took the opportunity to secure a job at Newsmax TV.
For his documentary for Newsmax to commemorate 40 American Heroes, he won an award and it has coincided with a special edition of Newsmax Magazine. He has also traveled the country ever since he joined Newsmax TV in 2011.
He loves covering politics and news from “outside the beltway”, a perspective he shares with most of America. During his interviews with politicians, he enjoys giving them a hard time. During his downtime, he enjoys spending ample time with his wife and daughter, surfing, and fishing.
