He was born in New York and later on he was raised in Ossining, New York. His career in journalism began in 1989 when he worked at WGMD-FM in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware where he worked till 1993. Later on, he joined WPBF-TV in Palm Beach Gardens in 2009. Since the age of nine years, he has been very much interested in journalism.
Additionally, while he was in high school, he hosted his own music show on the campus radio station and was the play-by-play voice for the school’s football games. when he was in college, he was involved in broadcasting numerous athletic events from football to baseball.
He has covered many huge stories in the South Florida field area, and on the anchor desk including; the hurricanes that roared ashore in 2004 and 2005, the aftermath of the anthrax attacks, and the Presidential election of 2000. For his work as a journalist, he has won several awards.
Furthermore, he has also been involved in community activities, Hearts and Hope, Children’s Place at HomeSafe, and hosting a number of charity events for groups as diverse as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He serves as a resident of Palm Beach County together with his family. During his leisure time, you can catch him at the gym (working off the previous night’s meal), on the golf course (hopefully out of range of his inaccurate driver! or out at one of the area’s great restaurants.
