He began as a Weekend News Anchor/Reporter at WBRC and then in June 2014, he became a primary news anchor and investigative reporter. Hardison began his current role in June 2021. Before joining WBRC, he worked for an NBC Affiliate, WFIE-TV in Evansville, Indiana as a Fill-In Anchor and Reporter for 2 years. Before going to WFIE, Hardison served at WBKO-TV in Bowling Green as a news anchor for almost 2 and a half years. Hardison has worked for WSM-AM in Nashville, Tennessee as a News Anchor for half a year. 

Hardison has been passionate about journalism since he was the age of 5. He, therefore, calls it a privilege to work as part of the best and most-watched news team in the state of Alabama. Mentioning his volunteering work, Hardison serves on board at TEAM ministries, a charity that is dedicated to providing support and housing to pediatric patients with cancer, as well as their families, during treatment. He is also an active member of the Safe & Healthy Homewood Coalition.
