In May 2023, Thompson’s husband, Tyler Falconer was charged with animal cruelty. His business, Falco K9, closed in March after customers reported mistreatment of dogs. Tyler faces charges related to cruelty and confinement of dogs. If found guilty, he could go to jail.

One dog’s owner, Rhiannon Connor, said her dog Luna lost weight during a three-week stay at Falco K9. Photos show Luna before and after.
