Upon graduation from college, she went to intern at KOCO-TV in Oklahoma for 2 years and then joined WHSV. At OU Nightly, Mock served as a weather anchor in August 2012, before transitioning to a news reporter in January 2014, where she held that position for 5 months. Mock has always had a passion for the weather since she was young. Mock has covered numerous tornado outbreaks, wildfires, hurricanes, and historic snowstorms in Green Country.
The American Meteorological Society honored Mock with the designation of Certified Broadcast Meteorologist in the year 2016. Mock is a member (affiliate) of the National Weather Association. She serves at the local AMS/NWA chapter as a co-Vice President. Mock is a licensed drone pilot, where she provides a different perspective on storm damage.
