For his year-long, five-part investigation into the death of a sailor in Iraq that prompted the U.S. military to reform the way it monitors the remains of any American service member killed around the world, Mark is a recipient of the highest distinction in broadcast journalism, the George F. Peabody Award.
Mark is also a two-time winner of the National Headliner Award, including its Grand Award; a winner of distinctions from both the National Press Foundation and the National Press Club; a recipient of the Premack Award for Excellence in Public Relations Reporting, six Edward R.
