Western began holding only the position of multi-skilled journalist at the station, and in June 2024 he now added the anchoring role.

She also served as a Campus Manager for Riddle & Bloom from August 2021 to March 2022. Additionally, Western was a Communications Intern at the Motion Picture Association from September 2021 to November 2021, all based in the District of Columbia (AKA Washington DC).
