Dr. Ashley performed the Fusion Biopsy that located and identified Eagar’s Prostate Cancer. That encounter and the delivery of the cancer news changed Eagar’s life instantly. Eagar started a very personal journey to understand Prostate Cancer and HIS Prostate Cancer and choose the best course and the best doctor for the treatment.
After 10 weeks, Dr. Ashley did a Da Vinci Robotic Prostatectomy. Eagar has shared his story with his social media and the station’s social media viewers and followers. He advises and counsels anyone who has a question as they wade into the same unknown he did. He underwent his surgery on Thursday, August 15, 2019. At 6:30 PM on the day of surgery, he shared a video on his Facebook page.
