Hernando Central was a building for African-American students from grades 1 to 12 during segregation. Sadly, 12 years later after Angela was born, her father died of cancer.

She was also a News Corporation lobbyist and advocate in Congress for federal, legislative, and regulatory measures that supported the company’s goals.
