Dyer serves at CBS4 as a news reporter for the 5 PM and 6 PM newscasts. She started her TV career at BRC13 in the Pocono Mountains, Lehighton, Pennsylvania for 3 years and 3 months (April 2015 – June 2018). From there, she went to Florida to work for NBC2 in Fort Myers as a fill-in news anchor and reporter for 3 years.
After that, she now joined CBS4 News. She has closely reported the coronavirus pandemic and done investigations of the red tide water crisis and blue-green algae in Southwest Florida. Dyer has also reported on Hurricane Dorian’s aftermath, as well as many other South Florida storms.
While in college, Dyer worked for the University of South Carolina Football Office as an Assistant to the Director of Recruiting for 2 years (January 2013 – December 2014). Also, she interned at Blue Ridge Communications (BRC13) for 3 years (May 2011 – July 2014).
Dyer is a committed volunteer in the community. She has volunteered at Pets Inc., an Animal Welfare, for 2 months (January 2011 – February 2011). There he assisted in taking care of all of the animals at the shelter. During her leisure, she likes hanging out with friends and family, traveling, and exploring Miami.
