While in Alabama, he won many accolades for his sports reporting, including a Regional “Edward R. Murrow Award” and Associated Press naming him “Sportscaster of the Year”. He also holds an Emmy Award for covering a feature story on 2 refugees from South Sudan, who were players for the Cardinals basketball team. During his leisure time, he likes to explore any outdoor activity, working on his body fitness at the gym, or spending time with his loved ones.
