Dana worked at our Hearst sister station, KCRA, in Sacramento prior to joining the WYFF 4 team in March 2018. She was a leading business reporter, covering everything from raging wildfires, snow in the Sierra, and the dynamic political scene.
Dana also worked in Providence, Rhode Island, where she covered the New England Blizzard of 2015, Aaron Hernandez’s first murder trial, and went through intensive firefighter training for a story. Her career started at KIEM in Eureka, California, where she was the anchor and reporter for the weekend. At WAGA in Atlanta, Dana also worked behind the scenes in her hometown. With a degree in Mass Media Arts from Clark Atlanta University, Dana graduated magna cum laude.
For community-supported groups, she has a passion for giving back and always volunteers. Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, is a member of Dana. She’s a talented dancer and plays the Greenville Sports League’s co-ed flag football. Dana enjoys cycling and is always down for an adventure.
