Emily was a reporter/anchor at Fox 46, Charlotte, NC before joining the FOX 25 team. At FOX 46, Emily covered the Primaries of the President’s 2016, the citywide protests that resulted in Keith Lamont Scott being shot, and anchoring the weekend show of Good Day Charlotte.
Emily served the KAVU-Newscenter 25 market in Temple, Killeen, and Waco, Texas. She covered a large number of news stories from rival motorcycle clubs in the Waco Twspaks Restaurant, including the aftermath of the West fertilizer explosion, the 2014 Fort Hood Shooting, and a shooting. In her story “Texans for medical marijuana,” Emily received a nomination for an Emmy.
After graduating from college, Emily was the first to serve the community in Victoria, Texas, where she received respectful reporting from the community to produce and anchor the news. In her home village of Houston, TX she interned with KTRK, Channel 13. Emily’s a Houstonian native.
Emily now proudly calls Oklahoma City home, although she is a true Texas girl. She is looking forward to helping the friendly people and the OKC community. Emily likes to spin, hang out at the beautiful restaurants of the OKC, and spend time with Toby and Jackson, her two pups.
