He began his career in broadcasting at Fox Sports Northwest in Bellevue, Washington. Furthermore, he has worked with the top sports personalities in the northwest and covered the Seahawks, the Sonics, and the Mariners.
Tacoma, Washington is his native home and he was raised on a baseball diamond. The Cincinnati Reds drafted him in the 28th round of the MLB Amateur Draft in 2002, after the footsteps of his father who was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in 1971. During his leisure time, he enjoys golf, spending time with family and friends, hitting the gym on a regular basis, and was involved in his community and school fundraising.
