Conder serves at KOCO as a weekday morning meteorologist for First Alert Weather. He forecasts weather alongside co-anchors; Jason Hackett, Alejandra Briones, and Shelby Cashman. When there is severe weather, Conder uses his expertise to track storms on the First Alert Doppler radar along with Damon Lane (Chief Meteorologist). Conder joined KOCO from a CBS Affiliate, WANE-TV in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, where he worked as a Chief Meteorologist. Also, at the same time, he worked for KFOR-TV in Oklahoma as a meteorologist, where he spent 5 years.
