She is also the author of Finding Dad: From Love Child to Daughter, where she tells the story of meeting her biological father, Bruce Sundlun when he was the Governor of Rhode Island when she was a teenager. Currently, at a time when fatherlessness is an epidemic in America, she uses her own tale to speak about the healing influence of a father and the power of forgiveness.
