Before that, she worked for KGWN-TV in Cheyenne, Wyoming as a weather anchor and meteorologist for nearly 2 years. While in college, she interned at WWOR-TV in Secaucus, New Jersey as a meteorologist for 3 months. She also worked at YMCA in Woodbridge, New Jersey as a Supervisor- Front Desk for nearly 5 years.
During her stint at WSAZ-TV, where she predicted and covered reports about the big snowstorm that brought more than 3 feet of snow to the Appalachian Mountains in January 2016. She also reported on the heavy flooding in West Virginia in June 2016. At KGWN, the Wyoming Association of Broadcasters honored her with the “Best Weather Broadcaster” prize. While in the Rocky Mountain area, she learned how to predict bad weather like big snowstorms (blizzards) and tornadoes. She also helped give updates all day and night during the flooding disaster in Colorado in September 2013.
When Ann Cicalese is not at work, she likes to speak at different social clubs, as well as do fun weather experiments with kids in nearby classrooms. Her other hobbies include watching movies, listening to good music, and dancing (she began dancing when she was very young). She has played music in different places like P-N-C Bank Arts Center and Carnegie Hall, as well as a small stage on Broadway.
