Before joining Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, Lewis served as the communication manager at the Computer & Communications Industry Association from 1996 to 1998. Prior to joining the Computer & Communications Industry Association, he worked at Virginia News Network from 1991 to 1996 as a news anchor and reporter. Initially, Lewis served as the news anchor and reporter for North Carolina News Network from 1988 to 1991. Lewis started his career as a part-time employee where he played local commercials at D.C. and University of Virginia game broadcasts. He made his way up to an Announcer and Afternoon Drive Host at Charlottesville Broadcasting Corp./WINA where he worked for seven years from 1981 to 1988.
