She holds an Emmy Award which she received in the year 2014 for breaking news coverage of the devastating daycare car crash in Orlando. The National Traffic Safety Commission honored Sugalski for her story on the improper use of child safety seats.
Sugalski is an advocate for kids who are at risk of aging out of the foster care system before they get adopted. Her Forever Family stories air every week and the objective of the stories is for every wonderful kid we profile and to raise awareness on mentoring kids in foster care and the need to provide assistance to those that have already aged out. Sugalski is an avid runner and a CrossFit as well as social media addict.
