While she was at KING-TV in the year 1994, she also contributed as a reporter on “The Today Show.” During a special assignment, she went to Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi in Vietnam and made a 3-part series called “Capitalism vs Communism.” In those stories, she talked about how trade between Vietnam, the Pacific Northwest, and Vancouver British Columbia was affecting things.
During her time at WJAR-TV, Rhondella was part of the station’s “Tuesday’s Child” segments.
