He was always aware of the weather forecast simply because he watched the television, and he quickly identified himself as the “go-to” person for weather-related inquiries. His enthusiasm was evident from the beginning, and it is still evident in his weather reports on television today. The weather is beautiful, tough, and humbling… There’s always something new to discover, and there’s always a new way to justify why it could rain on your weekend.
He adores the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls, and Chicago Blackhawks! I’ve also developed a fondness for the Durham Bulls and Carolina Hurricanes. The beach has always been one of his favorite views, whether growing up on the shores of Lake Michigan or briefly living on the coast of Southwest Florida. Hiking in the Natural State (Arkansas) with the Ozarks and the Ouachitas, on the other hand, is another choice. North Carolina, of course, has both the ocean and the mountains, making it completely special. When coming to his education, he earned a bachelor’s degree in meteorology from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, in 2015.
