Erika’s forecasting expertise includes everything from massive floods in Central Texas to tropical systems approaching from the Gulf of Mexico. She’s even forecasted on a national basis and chased storms through the Central Plains. Erika was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, where she developed an interest in meteorology as a child during monsoon season. She started her career in 2014 in Victoria, Texas, before moving to Denver, Colorado, in 2015 to work for Weather Nation TV.
