She worked for NBC News (MSNBC) for over five years before joining The Washington Post in the year 2021.  While she worked at NBC News she covered Congress and Joe Biden’s presidential campaign.

She also worked at CNN where she assisted producers across the department. Additionally, she was introduced to members of Congress such as Rep. Steve Israel (D-NY) by CNN’s chief congressional correspondent Dana Bash. After opening the email and scanning the text, she learned that she was being honored a political journalism work by the WHCA. Additionally, on April 25, she will be attending the WHCA dinner alongside Washington’s most powerful political players and will meet President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama.
